CB Social Committee: Carolina Bay Social Committee is comprised of volunteer homeowners of Carolina Bay & Essex Community in West Ashley section of Charleston, SC. Our main goal is to help organize special monthly events to bring our diverse neighborhood together to learn, socialize and have fun!
